I think I should have specified that by NYC I meant in Manhattan. Travel time/hassle to NJ,Long Island, etc, aside, the problem gets worse when the car has to be towed. Towing to Spreen in NJ, or anywhere outside Manhattan is simply not time or cost effective. My car is out of warranty, so I don't mind if my shop is saab authorized. I've got to believe that there must be a number of honest/competant shops in Manhattan who are good with saabs. I'm going to start asking saab drivers I see in the street for suggestions.
