My wife drives a '89 9000T with 70k miles on it. We put on a set of Goodyear GT+4s and they seem to work fine. A bit harsh over bumps, but they grip well on dry & wet pavement. We bought a bit oversize; went with the 205/60s. This is supposed to be a 4 season tire, but she still would rather have a set of studded Hakkepellitas (made by Nokia) like I had on my '82 900T. Lived in Cheyenne, WY at the time, and used to go thru drifts that would push snow over the hood of the car! Anyway, good luck!
