Now I moved to Hershey, and my Saab needed repair, I took it to Henry Mearig Saab/Hundai in Lancaster, PA. They treated me as if I purchased the car there new 10years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since!! They are great!!! While working on my car, they always gave me an estimate BEFORE doing the work. The bill NEVER EXCEEDED the estimate, and usually was lower! If they found anything else that they felt was a problem, they would alert me, let me know how serious it was, give me an estimate, and then, let me know if they felt it should be fixed immediately or said how soon they felt it should be done. They kept the estimates on file, then when I'd call back to make an appointment, even months later, they looked it up, and made sure they had everything to fix it when I arrived. I dont know how the sales people are, but the service people are tops of my list. Another SAAB dealer, Scott SAAB, in Allentown, PA, is also very good for service. They worked on my '86 9000Turbo and I just purchased a used '93 9000CSE from them. They are quick, and get the job done right the first time. They always treat me like I spent millions of dollars there! The sales people here are awesome too!! I cant say enough good things about these two dealers!! Well, thats just my $.02 Mike.
