Saab makes probably the most reliable turbos in the industry. The growing pains of the new 900 series appear to have been solved as of the '96 model year. OTOH, the '98 model year will have new engine configurations (light pressure turbos, etc). I think the 4-cyl turbo will still be a good engine. --------------------- John R.
