For 3 months Ive been trying to find the cause of a dull clunking sound that seems to be coming from the right front end of the car. All control arm bushings are good, ball joints and tie rod ends are good, and Ive replaced the shocks and the right side motor mount. Ive repacked the brake caliper guide pins and that took the play out of the calipars. The sound happens when Im trveling on slightly irregular surfaces, especially at low speeds. The Saab dealer cant find it and a truly talented 40 year Saab mechanic is scratching his head over this. The battery is clamped securely and all bolts and nuts have been torqued to specs. This vehicle is perfect in every way except for this problem. Any input would be appreciated. MTNMANnopsamV.NET Robert Rose ROBERT
