Oh sorry. I didnīt notice you were from Britain. Well Iīm not sure about that. I actually donīt know how big the interior differences are between a a "right-hand" and a "left-hand" Saab. Can you feel a "sweet" smell in your car? Otherwise do an easy test. Taste a couple of drops of the water on the floor. If it tastes pure, then its probably only moisture condensing inside the vent-system, coming down from the intake on the hood. Or it is real big quantities coming down?? Yours Tomas Rapp, Sweden.
