SAAB has had generic problems with corroded grounds on lamp assemblies for years. Find the ground on the assembly, the part of the metal holder molded into the plastic that contacts the outside of the lamp bases and carefully solder an extra wire to it and ground this wire to any convenient part of the body or a sheet metal screw with a toothed washer under it.
