Check your vaccum lines and go to www.saabnet.com to read the FAQ on
setting the basic idle. If your vaccum lines are in good shape, your
throttle plate clean and basic idle is set that may solve your problem.
If not, ask the question on the Saabnet bulletin board. One of the
techies should be able to help you.
