I just purchased a 95 900 SE Turbo. My question is, and please pardon me if this is a stupid one, there is no door chime if the key is in the ignition and the door is open, is this normal. Also, the directional indicators don't "click" when indicating and the "SID" has no aduible indication for the speed warning or alarm. Could the previous owner disconnect these functions for the same reasons I would like to disconnect the "shift-up" light? How do I get the "chime" on if there is one, or should I just let sleeping dogs lie? I checked out a few other sites regarding this issue, but could not find any specific advice. Thanks for the help, Mark In this same vain, I can't get used to the daytime running lights. Can these be turned off?
