Most likely you just have a clogged drain hole on the passenger side, unless you have body rot and/or the seal is gone. To see if this is the case, poor some water down the drain hole and see if it backs up or drains to the outside of the car properly. If it backs up and you have an air compressor that can be adjusted, try a few pounds of air pressure down the drain hole. But be careful. If you use too much air pressure you can blow the drain hose off. This is a major bummer if this happens. Don't stick a hanger down there, you could make things worse. Good luck.
