Even a Saab dealer would only charge you the $70 or so for the min one hour labor change to do that if you needed it, but you don't. As other people already mentioned, this light comes on at set intervals (every 30k on my two 1988 900s) and is just to remind you that the car needs servicing and the O2 sensor shoujld be checked. It can be turned off by a reset switch under the dash just to the left of the steering column. You have to kind of reach up into the dash and find the box with a cable coming down from the odometer and a button on it.
