Look for any whistling that me be coming from the turbo. This indicated that the turbine wheel may be dodgy and could be a very expensive headache. Check that there is no rattling coming from the timing chain within the engine compartment. They should be checked and replaced if necesary at about 100k as it is metal. It is therefore prone to stretching after a while and if the link snaps while you are drving....say bye bye to your engine.
