Subject: How's European Delivery? Prices?

I am considering the european delivery plan for the new 1999 Saabs. For a few reasons, not the least of which is Saab is offering the incredible deal of flying you over there free to pick up the car. I also want to visit Europe for a while and this would be a great way to get around in my own car. Does anyone know how the invoice pricing works for european delivery cars. I know that European manufacturers offers advantageous pricing on euro delivery cars, I'm just wondering how to figure out the appropriate invoice price to negotiate off of for the new Saabs. I've heard that they are being very aggressive as it's a new model and they want to get them on the road. MSRP for cars on the lots here in St. Louis for the 9-5 are 31-32k which might mean an invoice of around 27-28k??? But what about european delivery invoice prices, where do I start? The other question is can I get a really good deal for euro delivery on a 9-3 instead of a 9-5. I wouldn't mind saving the money, though I can afford either car. I just perceive that the Saabs are excellent value right now, and with the euro delivery that could seal the deal. Thanks, willy
