Check the apc valve isn't blocked.To do this , remove the pipe connected to the "r" input of the apc valve(the thing with 3 pipes and an electrical connector),next remove the electrical connector then apply 12 volts to the valve (it should click),and blow down the "r" input.Air should pass thro' with volts applied and vice versa.If it doesn't then the valve may be blocked or defective.One of the pipe inputs to the valve has a very small orifice.E mail me privately if you need.
