Hi! All "old" Turbo's seem to have this problem! Me too! I have a 1986 900 Turbo. I've heard of this problem rather often. My dealer checked really everything, but couldn't find a thing. Then we re-newed the radiator, and all problems had gone! If you haven't already thought about this, you should check this. My dealer replaced the thermostat twice, with no result at all.
