Subject: Re: Turbo or Transmission fault?

llias, This is called trasmission "slippage." on an automatic is usually caused by a bad clutch plate or low fluid in the tranny. in the manual it's usually caused by an OLD clutch plate (just replace it) or the clutch needs adjustment. IF the car has quite a few miles on it you probably need to replace the clutch plate. about 250$ US CH Ilias Kotsovolos wrote: > Hi all! > > I have an '88 9000 Turbo with a 5 speed manual trans.
