The 87 9000S I bought this past December came with NGK BCP6ES plugs. I replaced them with Bosch Platinum FR 8 DPX plugs and my Saab runs fine. Some Saab people don't like Bosch plugs and swear by NGKs. I have run Bosch Platinums in all three or my Saabs, 83 900T, 87 900s and 87 9000S, without a problem. Have to get the right plug and use the right gap. Ken Washington 87 9000S
