Subject: Gearbox oil filler 87 9000i Turbo



The *&**$%"* Haynes manual quotes two types of gearbox oil filling system
for SAAB 9000s, an early system that has an oil level stick (my car hasn't
got this) and a 'late' system, accessible from the lh side wheelarch below
the car, and featuring a filler, level and drain plug. My car hasn't got
this either. The 5 speed manual gearbox doesn't look like either of the
models Haynes show ( they really know how to skimp on research).

Can anyone help? The vehicle's done 130k miles and I reckon the oil could do
with replacing or a little help from Molyslip.
