You can get some stuff to spray in which will help it. But what I did was run the system at full fan (override the ACC) on flow through (not recirc) for about a week, every time I drove it. I also had the passenger air filter replaced too (they're much cheaper now, BTW). Try and avoid the recirc setting (again override the ACC). Smell gone. I know it sorta smells chemical, but it really is biological. Mine smelled like damp canvas. Glenn
