Don't bash the entire organization or the car just because of it. Our dealer and service dept. is excellent (Lehman's, Harrisburg, PA) and after 15 years or so of being their customer, I have nothing but good to say about them. Period. If you are in the mood to write about your unfortunate experiences, write to someone who can ultimately do something about it, like Saab USA. And by the way, just a friendly warning: stick to genuine Saab parts.
