As far as I know, this is a dealer issue, not a Saab issue. Village Saab in Acton, MA would not provide me with a loaner, although they did give me a couple free car rental certificates, which seemed pretty inconvenient, since they never said anything about how I was supposed to get from the dealership to a car rental place. My current dealer (Chambers Motorcars in Somerville, MA) will give me a loaner Saab if they have any left, or else they get Enterprise to bring a car to the dealership, and they cover the rental cost. They also wash the car, vacuum the inside, and give me an apple. Village Saab was a great place to buy a car, but their service policies were nowhere near as good as Chambers. YMMV, of course. -Roger Roger Gonzalez DoD #2067 arghnopsampult.com http://datapult.com/ Now: '98 Honda VFR800 '95 Saab 900SET Then: '82 Suzuki GS450L '74 Saab 99EMS
