Try to find a good independent Saab shop in your area. If you don't know any try asking at the www.saabnet.com bulletin board. Somebody in your area may know of a place. You might even ask the people at Townsend Imports. They are in North Carolin, but may know of some independents in your area. Some dealers are good and some suck. Sorry your's sucks. Good luck.
