I bought a used Saab last year and had to go in to the dealer for numerous minor idiotic promblems (I didn't buy the car through that dealer), all of which were not only fixed well and promptly, but there were a lot of times when they could've really screwed me and didn't. For example, the cruise control didn't work. When they checked it they discovered that the previous owner had had it intentionally disconnected. They reconnected it without charge. Now obviously I know jack shit about cars or I would've figured this out by myself. They could've kept the car for a couple of weeks and charged me hundreds of bucks and I never would've been the wiser, but they didn't. Another time they had to open up the dash to determine what was wrong with the heating system. When they did they found that some small plastic part had broken. Though it had actually taken them at least 40 minutes to find this out and replace the part they appeared embarrassed by such a silly repair and again, no charge. True, they did on occasion make mistakes, but overall I was extremely pleased with the service. Leigh
