I test drove a V*lv* V70 AWD and the seats were not as good as the 9-3. I wasn't as impressed with the 9-5. I felt like I had less room than the 9-3. If anyone has sat in a Mazda 929 you'd know the same thing, feels like less room than the Millenia. FWIW I'm 6'5", 250 lbs, my wife is 5'10". Neither of us liked the Volvo at all. Maybe I should have driven the AWD-R (T5 wagon)?? It may not have helped with the seats, but the performance on the AWD (LPT?) was weak. I had high hopes for the Volvo... it was amazing getting back into our 900 after driving it. There went my dream of owning a car where I could get warranty service performed in the same city that I live in..... maybe I should buy a Taurus.... The 98 Passat looks like a baby Mercedes with the badges sanded off. I did a double take the first time I saw one. I'm also looking forward to trying a 9-5 wagon when they arrive. Glenn
