While Saab's are rare and imported, I find that they are easy to repair and the parts are available at a reasonable price -- if you shop around. I am working on the air conditioning on a 1991 9000T and a 1990 Taurus SHO. The accumulator for the Saab was $16, but it is $80 for the SHO. Obvioulsy these aren't dealer prices (Saab: $145; Ford: $165) To replace it, all I have to do is remove the false bulkhead on the SAAB and it will be on top in easy reach. But I will probably have to take out the battery, tray and several other pieces to get at the accumulator on the SHO. Walt Kienzle
