Subject: Re: '95-'96 SAAB 900 SE

I have a '95 900SE V6 with 30K miles on it and I've had no major problems. Its survived a couple of nasty New England winters and hot summers. The only problems I've had with it are: - it used up a lot of headlights (all replaced under warrantee) - the driver's power door lock stopped being powered (also fixed under warrantee) - I mangled a wheel hitting a pothole (could happen to any car). One other note, I had an oil change at a Jiffy Lube, and my Saab dealer told me at the next change that they put on the wrong oil filter (the one for the 4cyl) which is a different filter and could mess up the engine, so that may be a problem people are experiencing. Bottom line is I like my Saab a lot and would recommend it. Lee J.
