Everything you say is very well thought out and very true. But what can I say, I love saab cars. I would never buy a new one unless I won the lottery, but I don't feel I need to buy a new one since they depreciate so rapidly. I just bought my 3rd saab - (94 9000cse w/52,000mi for $12,700.00) The person I bought it from paid $28,000 in 95 w/12,000 mi.) I can't touch an equivalent BMW, for anywhere near that price, so if I have to spend some money to keep it on the road, so be it.
