The 9000s are notorious for chewing up engine mounts and torque snubbers. If there is enough play in the mounts it can pull or twist wiring harnesses especially in stop an go driving. This can break the copper conductor (by metal fatigue) in a wire and cause intermittent ignition. While the engine is idleing bend and pull wires to the ignition module and see if it replicates the problem. Click and Clack on NPR described such a problem recently. Good luck
