When I took delivery of my 1994 9000, Scarab Green in had the same problem, also pitting on the hood which the dealer claimed was from May Flies. Saab tried several times to make the finish right and evenutally (about 1-1/2 later) agreed to a new paint job. I have the midnight blue 9-5 SE V6 on order and will be extremely upset if I have the same problem.
