Check 'em... > > -Justin There probably is, from the SAAB 96 on there is a small brass tube (1/2" long) with a little steel ball inside it as a no return valve, inside the plastic hose from the pump to the front window and headlight wipers. The steel ball sometimes rusts stuck inside the brass tube and no fluid can pass. Locate this little thing in the plastic hose and sometimes you an squeeze it out, otherwise cut off the piece of hose. Unstick the steel ball or replace the valve or just do without. It will then only take a little longer for the fluid to get to the nozzles. MH ('78 95 '79 96)
