Subject: Re: 92 Overheat Fix

I have some relevant info. I have an 85 900S Turbo, that came from the factory with two fans. One comes on immediately with the air condidioning, then when coolant temp passes 95 degrees, the other fan comes on. Or, both fans come on together if the coolant goes above 95 degrees with the AC off. In either event, the fans continue to run with the ignition off until coolant temp drops below 82 degrees. The wiring diagram in my Haynes manual shows the setup that is on my car. As for Debra's problem, any competent electronics hobbiest should be able to easily work out a 2 fan wiring diagram for her.
