The only probelm is I cannot stop a terrible rattle from the hydraulic tappets. I have had a similar problem when I used American-made oil filters (usually a Fram PH-16), but never a problem with the factory Saab filter or other Euro filters such as Mann or Bosch using Castrol 10W-30.
