Short of pulling the unit is there some way of telling whether the cd ready clarion radio is amplified. I've mail ordered the compatible cd changer, but am not sure whether I ought to get an amp as well. I'm not looking to rattle bones, but do appreciate the better sound quality an amp offers at most listening levels. Thanks, Fred Waldman
