The SE has leather seats (I couldn't get a base model without leather however), heated seats, a sun roof, and alloy wheels. The ventilated seats are optional on the SE. Everything else is the same including the indash cd player, snazzy cup holder, etc. Oddly, I got a basic 9-5 and then added the leather, sun roof, and heated seats and the price was considerably lower than an SE.
