Subject: Re: 16V Rebuild

The hot setup is whatever Group 5 recommends. They are out of Texas and offer lots of performance upgrades and rebuild services. About tires, 205 is max unless you're into wheelwell modifications. Go to a junk yard and get some SPG springs. Put em in and realign to SPG spec. Makes for a very quick but slightly demanding car. woof. Bob Coleman <kbuddhalnopsamntmail.com> wrote in article <6uesqn$dln$1nopsamh.prod.itd.earthlink.net>... I have just acquired a 16V from an '88 Turbo and would like to rebuild it. What's the hot setup when looking for more power? Also, have a set of SPG wheels with new Firestone Firehawks from an '89 and am looking for a set of 16" or 17". Bob Coleman ----------
