Definitely... there is no reason why a Saab is any different than any other car on the road, as far as wheels go. I've never heard of "Vulcans," so I'd go so far as to say they're a one-off or discount tire and probably not up to the same high quality that Michelins are. Take your car somewhere else - have them check the alignment, and have them check your ball joints.
