I bought a 95 9000 new and went looking for a single CD player. At that time none was available from Saab. I didn't want to install an aftermarket unit in the dash. I then searched for a changer that mounts in the trunk. The only unit I found was the Saab 6 cd changer (around $700-$800). No aftermarket units made a direct connection without going through the tape machine. Maybe things have changed, but I was stuck with the pricey Saab unit. It works great though. Ken.
