All of the engine mounts are the same (as long as the front mount is not a hydraulic mount). The AC, power steering and oil cooler will have to be from the 85. If you don't use the intercooler, you can use the old style oil cooler that mounts next to the radiator. Otherwise, you will need to drill some holes for the oil lines and mount the oil cooler under the nose of the car. You will need to install a 16V style throttle cable ( it is slightly longer than the 8V cable) The AC might be a problem if you have the VIR (valve in reciever) evaporator, since the 85 model AC hoses hook to the reciever dryer mounted in the right side of the car, behind the parking lite. Before you do any major work on the engine accesories, drop the motor in the car, and install the mounts. Then give everything the "hairy eyeball" to see where all the new stuff goes. The 80 ignition system is not compatible w/ the hall effect distributor in the 85, so replace the entire ignition system. The fuel lines will probbly be a challenge, as well as ripping everything out of the interior of the car to install the LH wire harness and computer! HAVE FUN! The car 's performance will be incredible when you are through! Let me know how it all works out!! Be Seeing You! Kevin
