It's not hard - a couple bolts at the bottom (map pocket), and a couple bolts at the top (grab handle), and one more bolt hidden behind a plastic trim panel just under the door handle. If it's a RHD model, with the power mirror control on it, you must pull off the little paddle switch, remove the foam behind it, and release the little metal clip in there with a small pair of pliers or a screw driver or something. Once it's out, the motor is at the trailing edge, screwed to the door frame. The connector will likely be dangling from it, or clipped to one of the lower edges of the door frame. It only takes a couple minutes. Do be cautious of the plastic trim clips along the lower edge of the panel - they will release if you tug hard enough, but you need to be gentle to avoid breaking them. -Justin
