Dick, By now you should know the story on my 83 900T...From the time I brought it back to the States in 1984 I used Fram filters...When I shipped the car from Belgium it had 19,600 miles...When I put the car in storage in 1985 it had 36,650 miles on it....I took it out of storage in November of 1986 and Oct 93 is when I made the mistake of trying Slick 50 with 195,234 original miles on the engine and trans....The Slick 50 cost me an engine...I put in a rebuilt, and as you know I am a user of Militec-1...I would never try to take anything away from your Amsoil and may even try it in the near future...But don't knock Militec-1 until you have tried or tested it yourself...I have been using it for over 4 years years with excellent results....The oil filters had nothing to do with my Saabs being totalled....A two and half ton truck rear ended the 83 900 and I blacked out and crossed the center line with the 87 900S....
