The relay for the wash/wipe, should be behind the fuses compartment in the Glovebox. You need to remove the glovebox, and then remove the fuse tray. The relays are located just behind. You should be able to see them. Maybe you don't need to remove the fuse tray, but it may be easier to do so. Let me know how you get on.
