It definately feels much more pwerful than 200hp. Take a look at the recent Road and Track comparison for reference. While they scored the 9-5 poorly on styling, the car had the best performance of all the cars tested, including the 220hp Lexus and 250hp Chrysler. As for the value of the 9-5, best version is base car with leather and sunroof for only $32k.
