Most likely, the small white plastic gear wheel that drives the odometer is slipping on the metal pole it is attached to - the epoxy has broken/cracked away. LocTite or a small dab JB Weld can usually take care of this; the difficulty is in taking the thing apart. But once it is apart, you'll see the slipping gear and the broken dab of orange-brown epoxy. gregory trimper -- + gregory trimper + trimpernopsamentric.net + appleton, wi. usa + + http://www.concentric.net/~trimper +
