I might've misspoke here, (Esp. vis a vis the response to Nick's letter.)But there is no high-RPM problem. I think Vacuum is DEFINITLY a factor, with some seriously old hoses. (So far, the carb-cleaner test seems to pass, but I've got to be preventative on hoses that old.)
