Hello, I am moving to USA this winter and would really be grateful if anyone could ansver a few questions. I would really like to buy a convertible for about 15K, and would like to know where do I get the most for my money? In the southern states with lots of convertibles, or in the northern states? I would travel anywhere, since I am trying to have a vacation at first, and driving across alot of USA would be great. So is there some trends? Somewhere where the cars are a lot cheaper than another place? And about the care of the cars? Is it a difference in cars from south and cars from the northern states? Salt and snow up north and desert down south? Does it matter for a 1994-95-96 car? Thanks in advance....
