Call your local Saab dealer with either the Key Code or the VIN from the vehicle. They will be able to make a key for you. Probably cost around $12. If not call your locksmith but the dealer is a much cleaner (and probably cheaper) option. If you don't live close to the Saab guy I'm sure they will be glad to pop the key(s) in the mail to you. I ordered to from my local dealer. When I got them they were a little finicky until I put a wire brush/buffer to them. Now they work fine.
