I'd say select 'defrost', turn on the heat, and hit the A/C button. If your not sure, open the hood and see if the compressor is spinning. I have zero experience with 9000 series, but would guess that 'defrost' makes use of the A/C like many cars do. Eff >How do I know AC is working on my '91 9000 with ACC?
