It depends on you. If you have changed the oil every 3-5K with a good filter, other fluids yearly-read transmission-and if you have rotated the tires, washed it now and then, and are the kind of person who runs the air conditioner in the winter just to make sure it stays working-then keep it. It will server you well for many years to come with few repairs as you already have good habits with it. Otherwise, I would consider selling it. Repairs you might anticipate include rear light cluster failure, (simple fix-$5.00 + your time) CV joints left, right, maybe both, ($200 or so a side) clutch someday around 150K, ($400-$1000 depending muchly) or maybe a transmission, ($2000-$3000 also depending muchly) if you never changed the oil and if you have a standard, transmission. Seat heaters if you are really particular, ($Do it yourself) and maybe an odd wiper transmission ($240) or ball joint ($180). My experience has been that care in the first 100K pretty much determines if it will see 350K or 140K.
