Subject: 900S Temp Gauge

My temperature gauge on my 90 900S often hovers 1/2 to 3/4 from the orange zone. I am used to this in the summer when the outside temperature is often in the 80s and 90s but this also happens in cold weather after the car has been running for some time and I come to a stop or am driving slowly. Eventually, it cools back down the mid-point or so. Is this normal in cold weather (32 degrees)? Any similar experiences? I've had the car checked out for leaking coolant and broken fans but everything appears fine. Thanks, Claude
