        I have a '86 900 and have used "natural" oil exclusively and became
interested in the subject of oil additives. Thanks to those who shared their
knowledge. 

        Relatedly, what about synthetic oil? I've heard that it's better than
natural oil, but that you shouldn't switch to it after using natural in a car
for 13 years. If, at my next oil change, I put in synthetic oil, would that
be a good thing?
